Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans to address client needs.

• Provide expert consultation to develop crisis plans, positive behavior support strategies, and medication management as necessary.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team, ensuring accurate and effective measurement of client progress.

• Collaboratively work with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans for various client scenarios.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending conferences and representing the organization in community initiatives.

• Establish a network of relationships with local and state agencies to enhance our services and obtain potential partnerships.

• Maintain open lines of communication with staff, clients, local agencies, and stakeholders to align organizational goals with community needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population including individuals coping with emotional distress, substance abuse issues, and developmental disabilities, as well as those navigating acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n
