Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, while documenting treatment progress and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a highly skilled team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, discussing potential treatment approaches and strategies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is essential.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is necessary, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and the ability to navigate modern technology with ease.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, contingent upon experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
