Global Head of Information Security & IT

Sendbird, an AI-first enterprise CX platform, seeks a Head of IT & Security to own and evolve the global security, IT operations, and compliance program. You will partner with engineering and executives to integrate security into every product lifecycle, manage incidents, and scale a lean, high-impact security team across the US and Korea.

You will guide the organization through SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and related frameworks, while leveraging AI tools to enhance defenses and enable safe
