Work Environment

The successful Physical Therapist will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Delray Beach, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing pertinent medical history, performing specific assessments, and providing documentation of results.
• Clearly explain evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process.
• Implement treatment protocols that are individualized based on evaluation findings and adapt to the patient's health progress.
• Consult with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and timely modifications to treatment plans as patient needs evolve.
• Oversee discharge planning, ensuring patients have a clear understanding of follow-up care and resources available to them.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for patient care activities, including progress notes and evaluations, contributing to a cohesive understanding of patient treatments.

Our Physical Therapists primarily serve a diverse patient population, including those recovering from spinal injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
