Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative and clerical functions.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and staff.
• Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement.
• Maintain filing systems, records, and databases with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support communication between departments and with clients.
• Assist with payroll processing and basic accounting tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and support administrative staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an office manager or relevant administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are a plus.
