Customer Service Representative - Part-Time Contract $18/Hour | Lenexa, KS 66219 | ASAP Start We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a part-time contract opportunity in Lenexa, KS. - Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Assist customers with questions, requests, and account needs
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information
- Document customer interactions and update account information
- Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable assisting customers by phone
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- $18/hour starting pay
- ASAP start
- 20 hours per week with potential for up to 40 hours
- Contract through the end of 2026
