Customer Service Representative Location: Overland Park, KS (Fully Onsite) Industry: Financial Services Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the financial services industry. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving client inquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist clients with account-related questions, services, and general support needs. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Accurately document customer interactions and updates in company systems. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution. Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements within the financial industry. Maintain a customer-focused approach while meeting quality and productivity expectations. Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred. Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or related industries is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software systems. High school diploma or equivalent required.
