Payroll Manager Location: Local Authority in Southeast England Rate: £31.13 per hour (Umbrella) Contract Duration: Temporary (Jan 2027, possible extension) Working Arrangement: Hybrid Overview This key role reports to the Head of HR Shared Services and works alongside the existing Payroll Manager to provide additional capacity for delivering business‑as‑usual activity and improvement plans, ensuring a high‑quality, efficient payroll service while building capability for future demand of our payroll service.
