Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing special education instruction and support to elementary students in a resource room setting
• Developing, implementing, and tracking Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborating with general education teachers, aides, and other specialists to adapt curriculum and materials
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies as needed to support learning goals
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that values diversity and student growth
• Engaging with families and school teams to ensure ongoing communication about student needs and progress
