- Knowledgeable of the plant process, quality and production requirements
- Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of PPE
- Must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face for respirator fit tests
- Operate the grinding system and run accurate quality tests
- Operate heavy equipment and load bulk trucks
- Perform utility functions or other duties as assigned for shift coverage
- Coordinate shift work and assess plant needs in the absence of a shift supervisor
- Perform general housekeeping and miscellaneous tasks associated with production
