Look no further! Audi New Rochelle is a family owned automobile dealership serving the tri-state area since 1980. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. Responsibilities Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and process invoices, receipts, bank deposits and payments accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile bank statements Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and maintain organized financial filing systems Perform general ledger entries Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes Assist with payroll processing Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper in an automotive dealership or in a similar role Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Solid understanding of financial statements and general ledger reconciliation Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for numbers and the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!
