Senior Strategic Engagement Lead – Life Sciences Datavant is a trusted data collaboration platform for the healthcare ecosystem. In this role, you will drive measurable outcomes for biopharma customers through value‑focused account management. Responsibilities Own account management and value management for a dedicated portfolio of up to 15 biopharma accounts. Lead curiosity‑driven discovery to understand customers’ goals and strategies and align our solutions accordingly. Excel in advanced program management, balancing thoughtful analysis with rapid execution and judicious escalation. Influence lifetime value through increased product adoption, satisfaction, and health scores. Work effectively with cross‑functional partners, surfacing insights that impact product and sales strategies. Take a self‑service first approach to problem solving and navigate questions internally and externally. Communicate and present with empathy, building strong internal and external relationships. Help create a customer‑centric culture across the organization. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology and customer‑facing roles. Proven ability to build trust‑based relationships with stakeholder executives. Experience as a strategic program and project manager focused on client value. Strong cross‑customer trend analysis to shape value propositions. Effective and empathetic communication skills. Relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: RWD analytics companies, CROs, or systems integrators in healthcare. Application of RWD/RWE in pharmaceutical and life sciences. Understanding of drug development and/or clinical trials. Residence within commuting distance of Boston, MA, and ability to travel to client sites. Compensation Base salary range $160,000 – $180,000 USD, with eligibility for variable compensation.
