You'll assist with project setup, documentation, compliance tracking, invoicing support, and coordination across multiple departments while ensuring project information is current and complete. Your attention to detail, organization, and service-oriented approach will help teams deliver successful projects. What You Bring:3–5 years of experience in a business environment, project coordination, or administrative support role, or a business-focused degree with relevant experienceBasic knowledge of project management principlesBasic understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes strongly preferredStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working with an ERP system (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred but not required)Experience with Supplier Diversity Management software is preferred but not requiredExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative, service-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Join Us.
