Assistant Project Manager

Core values include One Team, Curiosity, Meaningful Service, and Integrity. Assistant Project Manager We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The successful candidate will support ongoing large medical projects and collaborate with the Project Manager, clients, architects, consultants, and contractors. Responsibilities Support the Project Manager and/or client in the delivery of concurrent high‑profile projects from pre‑design to close‑out. Review project specifications and regulations in collaboration with architects, consultants, and technical staff. Assist with field activities to ensure work complies with project plans and schedules, identifying potential conflicts and supporting resolution. Support the implementation of institutional planning objectives and strategies within project plans. Assist with budget development activities and contractor procurement/selection processes. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to support project budgets, schedules, and overall objectives. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of project policies and procedures for efficient execution. Prepare written reports, presentations, briefings, and other technical documentation related to project status and progress. Support field activities to ensure work aligns with project plans, schedules, and constraints. Coordinate active construction work with client operational needs in active facilities. Assist with the management and monitoring of project pace and schedule in coordination with office‑based cost and schedule support teams. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or the construction industry. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Experience with healthcare or higher‑education projects preferred. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field preferred.
