Litigation Attorney (Contract and Remote)

Overview Litigation Attorney (Contract and Remote) role at Latitude Legal. This is a remote, contract/engagement position open to California-licensed attorneys with civil litigation experience who can work part-time or full-time from anywhere in the United States. Responsibilities Handle civil litigation tasks including written discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. Engage in contract litigation work for a law firm on a flexible schedule. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage matters efficiently while working remotely. Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of legal experience in litigation Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and with a team Licensed in California Excellent academic credentials Outstanding references Position Details Type of role: Engagement Schedule: Full-time or Part-time Location: Remote (anywhere in United States; must be California licensed) Compensation & Benefits The annualized compensation ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 or more, based on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees with full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.
