Desired Qualifications:

• Valid IN Psych license required
• Background teaching in general education classrooms or as a substitute
• Strong classroom management and adaptability across K-12 settings
• Willingness to serve district-wide as a permanent building substitute
• Dedication to maintaining a supportive, positive environment for students and staff

Responsibilities:

• Fill in for teachers as needed across the district’s schools
• Implement lesson plans and adapt instruction to fit classroom needs
• Foster student engagement, safety, and learning in every classroom
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and school leaders
