Rare Disease Account Specialist - CAH, North East

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a Rare Disease Account Specialist to lead commercial efforts for a first-in-class congenital adrenal hyperplasia treatment in the Northeast. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers, academic institutions, and payers while providing clinical education and maximizing territorial sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of patient-centric model across physicians, clinics, and hospitals
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with centers of excellence and health systems
• Create and execute territory business and account plans aligned with brand strategy
• Provide clinical education on CAH disease state and treatment standards of care
• Navigate payer landscape to ensure provider awareness of coverage and reimbursement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
• 5+ years calling on prescribers of specialized, high-value products
• Proven launch experience in complex, competitive therapeutic environments
• Proficiency with Salesforce, business intelligence, and CRM platforms
• Documented sales performance and recognition in specialty pharma or biotech
• Experience in rare disease commercialization preferred
• Expertise building relationships with key accounts and academic institutions
