Therapy Program Manager (TPM) – PT or COTA Preferred Full Time management position located in Jackson, MI. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a therapy team within a nursing facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee scheduling, workflow processes, and performance metrics for therapy staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy progress and outcomes. Qualifications: Active state license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or equivalent. Experience managing a therapy team in a nursing or rehabilitation facility.
