Payroll Representative

Primary Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely processing of company‑wide weekly payroll in SAP and mileage pay in the legacy AS400 system. Accurately enter employee master file data into the payroll system including taxes, deductions, garnishments, and other pay information. Process direct deposit and negotiable checks in an accurate and precise manner. Provide timely and helpful customer service for employees concerning payroll related issues in assigned region/service area. Complete forms requested by or for employees such as wage summaries, employment verifications, etc. Reconcile assigned payroll accounts. Job Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years of payroll experience. Experience processing large multi‑state payroll in an ERP (in‑house) payroll environment. Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Detail oriented and self‑motivated. Ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive data regarding employee wages confidentially. SAP experience preferred. Working days and shift: shift and hours to be determined; may change based on scheduling and business levels.
