Job Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• At least three years of operations and leadership experience in food, beverage, and service.
• Strong basic math skills with the ability to operate a cash register and point-of-sale system.
• Able to communicate effectively in the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's trading area.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to ten hours) and maintain the stamina for 50 to 55 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities:

As Head Chef in Queen Creek,AZ , you will:

• Lead all kitchen functions, including food purchasing, storage, inventory, and preparation, while upholding quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Train team members in cooking methods, plate presentation, portion control, and cost control.
• Staff and schedule the kitchen efficiently to support production while managing labor costs.
• Maintain the "wow" factor in every dish while fostering a culture of creativity, education, and personal development.
• Administer fair and consistent corrective action in line with company policy.
• Conduct regular tastings to ensure recipes, portioning, and preparation stay consistent.
• Train and coach hourly team members alongside the General Manager, including hiring and evaluation decisions.
• Lead guest recovery efforts when issues arise during a shift.
• Manage food, beverage, and dry goods costs through proper ordering, storage, and waste control.
• Control cash handling and reconciliation in line with company procedures.
• Collaborate with the Front of House to ensure a seamless flow of service, address guest feedback, and support opening and closing duties.
