Customer Success Manager (Fully Remote)
n8n GmbH
- You will orchestrate the post-sales journey for ~30 enterprise accounts, guiding customers from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- You will establish a strong operating cadence with health checks, executive syncs, QBRs, and success planning.
What you'll bring:
- Deep experience managing enterprise SaaS customers and running technical conversations around APIs and automation.
- Commercial acumen to support renewals and expansion, with an operational rigor to proactively manage customer health.
