The incumbent provides administrative support in the clinic setting to patients and families, members of the care team and administrative leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office. This position supports our Epilepsy Clinic and EEG/EMG lab. EDUCATION: H.S. diploma or equivalent required; Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred. EXPERIENCE: Proven customer service experience required. Experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting preferred. This is a bargaining union position.
