The role involves leading high‑impact virtual and in‑person training sessions that enhance manager and stylist skill levels, with a relentless focus on an elevated client experience achieved through the 5‑Point Play. Must be located in the Albany, NY, Newark or Morristown, NJ area. Scope The primary role is to ensure excellent execution of training content to support operational and technical excellence. Area Coaches provide ongoing training and support to managers and their team members (stylists) so that every Sport Clips client receives a championship haircut, every service, every time, through the execution of the 5‑Point Play. This position reports to the Regional Coach and coordinates with business partners including the Regional Director, Senior Director of Training and Change Management Initiatives, Artistic Director, Director of Content Creation, VP of Franchise Operations, and Company Stores.
