You will need to have the ability to create a motivating work environment driving our Whatever It Takes attitude, and have a strong passion for excellence and guest service. The ideal candidate will strive to continuously evolve and improve their performance in order to provide a Four Diamond Level of service for all guests each and every day.Responsibilities:Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available.Requests additional supplies as necessary and stocks the bar.Follows set-up procedures.Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.Greets guests.Mixes, prepares and serves drinks to guests - mixes and prepares drinks ordered by food servers.Reports complaints to a manager as soon as they occur.Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment.Cleans and locks up the bar area according to procedures.Attends staff meetings including pre-shift (line-up) sessions as required.Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures.Provide attentive and exceptional service to each customer and develop client base.Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by the manager.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
