Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team of 40–70+ employees.
• Create a positive, guest-first culture.
• Manage financial performance, including P&L, labor, and cost controls.
• Ensure high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Drive sales through local marketing and community engagement.
• Maintain inventory and operational excellence while achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• Current restaurant management experience in a full-service or casual dining environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor, food cost, and operational controls.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
