TA Coordinator

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a growing team in Sunnyvale, CA. This contract opportunity is well suited for an HR specialist who enjoys keeping recruiting activity organized, moving efficiently, and candidate-focused in a fast-paced software environment. In this role, you will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to support interview logistics, hiring workflows, and onboarding coordination while maintaining accurate records and strong process discipline.Responsibilities:• Organize and manage interview scheduling for candidates and internal teams across varying calendars and time zones.• Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants by delivering timely updates and creating a smooth, positive experience throughout the hiring process.• Prepare and coordinate offer documentation, route approvals, and support the communication and acceptance process for new team members.• Facilitate pre-employment steps such as background screening, required paperwork, and onboarding readiness activities.• Maintain accurate recruiting records in related systems to support reliable reporting and process visibility.• Oversee recruiting documentation, shared resources, and operational materials to ensure information remains current and accessible.• Apply established compliance standards related to privacy, recordkeeping, and employment practices throughout recruiting activities.• Use recruiting platforms, automation tools, and technology solutions to improve coordination efficiency and strengthen candidate engagement.• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, hiring teams, and candidates to keep recruiting operations aligned and moving forward.
