Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, this dynamic role serves as a primary, public-facing ambassador for the department, handling direct communications with parents, school administrators, and community members. Working with the Transportation Clerk to maintain seamless coverage across the district's transportation day, you will play a key role in delivering responsive support to local families. Additionally, you will perform daily office organization and administrative workflow by managing tasks such as payroll input, personnel files, secretarial support, and driver licensure tracking.
