What You'll Do
- Apply nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care in the ER setting
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide patient education and support to patients and their families
- Document comprehensive patient care in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate effective patient care
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
- Follow all safety protocols and healthcare standards
What You Need
- Valid Oregon RN license
- Minimum 2 years' RN experience, with preference for ER experience
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work evenings and adapt to a fast-paced environment
