What You'll Do

Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the ER setting

Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and treatment progress accurately

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate effective patient care

Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide high-quality care

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and state regulations

What You Need

Oregon RN license (or eligibility to obtain)

Minimum of 1 year of recent ER or acute care experience

Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Ability to work the night shift reliably
