We are actively hiring a personable, professional Service Advisor to be the link between our customers and our service technicians. This role is critical to maintaining strong relationships, delivering top-notch customer experiences, and keeping our service department running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, listen to their concerns, and document repair needs.

• Consult with technicians on repairs and communicate clearly with customers.

• Schedule appointments, manage workflow, and keep customers updated.

• Provide accurate estimates, explain warranties, and advise on service options.

• Handle vehicle inspections, drop-offs, pick-ups, and test drives when needed.

• Ensure all service details and costs are accurately explained and processed.

• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Requirements:

• Prior automotive service or advisor experience strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and dealership service operations.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work closely with both customers and technicians.

• Experience with industry-specific software is a plus.
