Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working in a school setting or with elementary-aged children is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
• Compassionate and patient communicator with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with a variety of therapy techniques tailored to diverse learner needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and update IEPs in compliance with school policies
• Develop engaging, differentiated interventions that support each student’s strengths and challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student growth and inclusion
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and communicate outcomes regularly to stakeholders
