Claims Support Representative (Insurance)

Location: Sun Prairie, Wisconsin

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, preparing professional correspondence, and resolving customer inquiries to deliver exceptional service. This is an entry-level position ideal for an organized communicator who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment and relies on established procedures to drive accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• Order & Claims Processing: Efficiently process orders, claims documentation, and customer requests in accordance with company standards.
• Customer Communication: Prepare written correspondence and respond to customer needs in a timely, professional manner to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Procedure Compliance: Follow pre-established guidelines, workflows, and standard operating procedures to maintain accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Record Keeping: Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions, processing steps, and resolutions in internal database systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and report directly to supervisor/manager to support overall department goals.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in customer support, administration, or a related service field.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with basic office concepts, customer service practices, and standard administrative procedures.

• Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office management software.
  • Ability to closely follow instructions and guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Works under immediate supervision, receiving clear direction on daily tasks and procedures.

• Reports directly to a Supervisor or Manager.
