Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 - Traveler Base out of New York, NY Overview As Traveler Automation Pharmacy Technician 4, you will travel to customer sites to operate, support, and optimize Omnicell’s advanced pharmacy automation technologies. You’ll play a critical role in backup support, go-lives, training, and ongoing customer success while supporting the Autonomous Pharmacy. This role is ideal for experienced inpatient or CPhT pharmacy technicians who enjoy travel, technology, and making a real impact on patient care. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What You’ll Do * Travel to hospital customer sites to operate, support, and optimize Omnicell automation technologies, including IVX Robot & Workflow, XR2, PakPlus, and Automated Dispensing Cabinets, etc. * Support our hospital sites as backups coverages, system implementations and go‑lives, including medication assignment, inventory loading/unloading, and staging activities. * Perform daily equipment operation, inspection, cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting following SOPs and best practices. * Manage medication assignments remotely or onsite using Omnicell tools to ensure accurate setup and optimal inventory levels. * Deliver hands‑on customer support and training to drive adoption, confidence, and long‑term success. * Collaborate closely with Professional Services and project teams to ensure smooth implementations and positive customer outcomes. * Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Omnicell automation, supporting both customers and internal team members onsite or remotely. * Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, credentialing requirements, customer policies, and Omnicell travel and expense guidelines. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA – CPhT/ExCPT)
• Active State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration for state of

residence

• 1+ year inpatient pharmacy experience (strongly preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and REAL ID and/or U.S. passport
• COVID‑19 vaccination
• Ability to travel 100%

• Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician training program
• 2+ years hospital pharmacy automation experience
• 1+ year IV compounding experience
• Automation implementation and basic troubleshooting experience
• Previous travel‑based role experience
