Physical Therapist

We're hiring a Physical Therapist to provide in-home care across Washington, D.C. You'll be visiting patients in their homes, doing the hands-on PT work that actually makes a difference — and you'll be doing it on a schedule you help build. This role is a good fit for PTs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients.

What You'll Do:

• Provide home health physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver rehabilitation services focused on strength, balance, and mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Coordinate with our clinical team and patients' physicians on care planning
• Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

What We're Looking For:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in D.C.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred but not required
• Home health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you carry a solo caseload
• WellSky experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
