- Lead, inspire, and develop a talented culinary team.
- Deliver exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Oversee kitchen operations, food costs, labor, and inventory.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Create a positive kitchen culture built on teamwork, passion, and pride.
- Executive Sous Chef experience in upscale or chef-driven restaurants.
- A passion for Italian cuisine, fresh ingredients, and culinary excellence.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and organizational skills.
- A hands-on chef who leads by example and develops great people.
