Server Position at The Clement Hotel Palo AltoThe Clement Hotel Palo Alto is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests have an unforgettable dining experience.Responsibilities:Greet customers in a friendly and professional mannerAccurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely mannerEnsure that guests have a positive experience by anticipating their needsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentRequirements:Previous experience as a Server or in a similar roleExcellent communication and customer service skills2+ years directly related to serving and/or bartending experience is required; those with fine dining, upscale and/or luxury hotel experience will be strongly preferred.Must possess well rounded food and beverage knowledge (including food allergies, craft cocktails, wine, beer, whiskey, etc.) with a strong ability to educate our guests on our menu offeringsMust be an excellent communicator with fluency in English required; those with bi-lingual abilities will be preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyMust be able to work a flexible schedule that will include late nights, weekends and holidaysMust be at least 21 years old and have a valid food handlers and alcohol server certificationBenefits:Competitive compensation of $20.00 per hour paid bi-weeklyPotential for tips and gratuitiesOpportunities for career growth and advancement within the companyAbout the Company:The Clement Hotel Palo Alto is known for its luxury accommodations, exceptional service, and prime location in Palo Alto, CA.
