At Alisio`s we see service as an extension of our story, where each interaction helps create a meaningful and memorable dining journey for our guests.As a SERVER, you are at the heart of that experience. You will guide guests through the menu with knowledge and care, deliver thoughtful and attentive service and help create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels connected and valued.Job Responsibilities:Educate customers about food, ingredients and cultureHelp patrons select food and beverages by presenting a menu, offering cocktails, suggesting courses, identifying appropriate wines and answering food and preparation questionsBe personable, always greet patrons, engage with a positive attitude, and make a point to remember regularsBe a team player, and work together with your team to foster a family and warm atmosphereTake food and drink orders from customers accurately with a positive attitudeEnter orders in computers for transmission to kitchen staffEnsure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problemsPromptly address customer service issues and refer customer to management to necessaryCollect payments from tablesPrepare checks that itemize the total meal costs and sales taxesContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededFill in for absent staff as neededComply with health and safety codesQualifications:Team player + positive attitudeStrong customer service skillsExcellent oral communication skills requiredPositive interpersonal skills required1 year Front-of-House (FOH) experience as a server/food-runner/hostService experience in a fast-paced environmentAbility to acquire a valid Food Handlers license, Sexual Harassment certification.
