Company Highlights Opportunity to lead and contribute to creative marketing campaigns and brand initiatives Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth Exposure to digital marketing strategy, branding, content creation, and campaign analytics Fast-paced and engaging workplace culture Responsibilities Create and manage marketing materials, advertisements, promotional content, and branded assets across print and digital channels Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising initiatives Manage social media platforms by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and supporting audience growth Assist with website updates, content management, and optimization efforts to maintain an engaging online presence Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels Create compelling marketing copy, visual content, and storytelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and platform dashboards Support lead generation efforts through campaign tracking, audience segmentation, and marketing database management Assist with the planning and execution of events, promotions, trade shows, and special marketing initiatives Coordinate marketing assets, product information, photography, and promotional materials to support sales and business development efforts Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, organized, and aligned with established brand standards Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through automation, workflow enhancements, and emerging marketing technologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field preferred 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, content creation, or a related role Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as the Prepress process Experience managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, and content calendars Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems is highly desirable Experience with Google Analytics, campaign reporting, and performance tracking preferred Strong graphic design, branding, and visual communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative thinker with a passion for branding, consumer trends, and marketing strategy Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment #J-18808-Ljbffr City Personnel
