Money Analyst

Financial Analyst. LOCAL Candidates ONLY.Will not sponsor. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.Responsibilities: Conduct Financial Analysis and accounting reporting tasks in compliance with regulationssuch as the Sarbanes Oxley Act and our Internal Controls. Execute General Accounting journal entries. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and analysis. Conduct monthly account analysis and reconciliation as well as quarterly Balance Sheet Scrubanalysis. Prepare schedules for the Annual Corporate Financial Reporting Package and the AnnualCorporate Tax Package. Coordinate schedules for various Audits including Quarterly and Annual Audits and InternalControl Audits under Sarbanes Oxley. Develop financial statements for Division and Corporate use. Develop new or modified schedules to improve Finance Department Reporting, along withcorresponding policies and procedures. Update the Sarbanes Oxley Internal Control documentation following internal procedures.Includes documentation and flowcharting. Assist Accounts Payable with weekly check runs, transferring transactions to general ledger,and managing AP period opening/closing. Track fixed asset spends by CEC. Capitalize fixed assets, dispose of assets in FAS system,and conduct annual fixed asset audit. Upload various company facilities' trial balances into Oracle reporting system for analysis ofcompany-wide results. This involves reviewing trial balances, loading currencies, translatingand consolidating monthly results.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. 4-5 years of Accounting experience. Previous auditing experience is a plus; Should haveexperience with automated general ledger systems and financial reporting using spreadsheets. Previous experience in technology or industrial markets. 3 years of Oracle (R12) experience preferred, as well as knowledge of Oracle OBIEE reportingtool. Experience with reporting in multiple currencies, translations, and consolidations for financialstatements. Experience with monthly transactions and reporting using Sage FAS fixed asset software orsimilar system. Proficiency with Personal Computers including Microsoft Excel and Access. Ability to manage multiple tasks within strict time constraints.
