Independent Account Executive

To support customer retention and acquisition, the full-time Independent Account Executive will act as the primary liaison for dealerships in a dedicated region, ensuring exceptional service and driving user adoption of the company's software while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for dealerships, understanding their business needs to drive growth Maintain communication across departments to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and issue resolution Document customer interactions and performance metrics in CRM software to meet sales targets Required qualifications 3-5 years of sales and/or account management experience Strong understanding of online technologies and proficiency in Google Suite Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and ownership of issues Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
