Account Executive

Location: Remote with field work (Headquartered in Ashland, VA) Territory: Virginia (Northern, Eastern, or Western based on assignment) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Endurance IT Services is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Security Account Executive to support our continued growth. This role is ideal for a sales professional experienced in managed services, physical security, or access control solutions who excels at building trust, generating new opportunities, and closing business. As a key contributor, you will identify, develop, and secure new business while expanding our presence across commercial, public sector, and enterprise clients. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within an assigned territory Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities related to security, access control, and managed IT services Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across industries, community organizations, and strategic partners Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects Accurately forecast sales opportunities and meet or exceed performance targets Conduct onsite and virtual meetings with prospects and clients Lead discovery sessions and site walkthroughs to assess customer needs and security challenges Collaborate with internal engineering, project, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions Position Endurance IT as a trusted advisor and long-term solutions partner Participate in networking events, industry functions, and trade shows as needed Qualifications Proven success building business through networking, referrals, and partnerships Experience selling B2B technology, managed services, security, or access control solutions Strong ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into effective solutions Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Willingness to travel within the assigned territory About Endurance IT Services Endurance IT Services delivers innovative technology and security solutions designed to protect organizations and support their growth.
