Overview Join Our Global Mission to Empower Women Entrepreneurs Are you passionate about women's empowerment, entrepreneurship, and creating meaningful impact? Would you like to gain hands‑on experience working with an international community of female founders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers? Female Founder Space is looking for motivated volunteers to support our growing global community and help organize the Global Female Entrepreneurs Summit 2026 . Whether your interests are in virtual events, social media, content creation, marketing, communications, or community engagement, this is an opportunity to build valuable professional skills while contributing to a meaningful mission. Location: Remote (Worldwide) or Hybrid in Berlin, Germany Commitment: Flexible schedule (approximately 10–20 hours per week) Volunteer Opportunities Virtual Event Support Assist with planning and coordinating online events and webinars. Support speakers before and during live sessions. Moderate sessions and manage audience engagement. Help facilitate networking sessions, breakout rooms, and virtual community activities. Provide technical assistance to attendees when needed. Social Media & Community Engagement Create and schedule engaging social media content. Share event updates and promotional campaigns. Interact with our online community across social platforms. Help grow awareness of our programs and initiatives. Support community engagement before, during, and after events. Content Writing & Communications Write blog articles about entrepreneurship, startups, innovation, and women's leadership. Help prepare newsletters and email campaigns. Assist with website content updates. Create speaker spotlights, success stories, interviews, and event recaps. Support marketing and communication materials. Marketing & Operations Help organize digital resources and event materials. Assist with volunteer coordination and project management. Support research, outreach, and partnership initiatives. Contribute ideas to improve community engagement and member experience. Responsibilities Make a real social impact by helping empower women through education, networking, and entrepreneurship. Gain practical experience in international events, digital marketing, communications, and community building. Work alongside an inspiring team of passionate professionals and volunteers from around the world. Build your professional portfolio with meaningful projects and real responsibilities. Expand your international network by connecting with entrepreneurs, founders, speakers, mentors, and industry experts. Receive exclusive access to summit sessions, workshops, networking events, and educational resources. Requirements Is passionate about women's empowerment and entrepreneurship. Has a positive attitude and an open‑minded mindset. Is reliable, organized, and proactive. Can work independently in a remote environment. Has good written and spoken English (our working language). Communicates clearly and enjoys working with an international team. Is interested in digital marketing, communications, events, startups, education, or nonprofit work. Is familiar with tools such as Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, or social media platforms (a plus, but not required). Benefits Flexible working hours that fit around your studies or work.
