Receptionist (Temporary Position)

Traditions Bank, a division of ACNB - York, PA

Term: 3 - 6 months

Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 12 PM - 5 PM

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a quiet office setting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to sit and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, climb and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Tasks (list is subject to change):

• Answer phone and direct calls appropriately
• Take packages from deliveries and disburse appropriately; record deliveries on package log
• Assist customers who arrive at the Traditions Center
• Shut down the lobby at 5 PM
  • Manually lock front doors
  • Turn off lights
  • Clean up desk
  • Ensure conference rooms are in neat condition
  • Ensure mailroom door is shut
  • Ensure mini fridge in mailroom is stocked with water for visiting customers
• Scan documents using the multi-function printer/scanner in the mailroom
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information
