Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a professional and confidential environment for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Engage in regular case consultations and collaborative discussions with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse client population seeking assistance with a wide range of issues, including relationship challenges, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our clinic values an integrative approach, so familiarity with various therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy—will be advantageous. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy services via telehealth, with a strong understanding of virtual treatment best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health setting or providing services to underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
