About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of SEO & Growth to lead its B2B marketing and deliver measurable growth. The role owns organic search strategy, paid acquisition, PR and communications, brand positioning, and marketing performance reporting. Responsibilities include improving technical SEO and content, managing paid campaigns and conversion tracking, building media relationships and backlinks, and developing clear, compliant messaging for target audiences. The successful candidate will establish marketing goals and reporting, use AI and automation across workflows, and manage external specialists or build the team as needed. Candidates should have 7–12 years of B2B marketing experience with direct accountability for growth outcomes, ideally in financial services or payments and at a smaller or early-stage business. Required strengths include hands-on technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and substantial Google Ads experience, including managing monthly budgets of at least $50,000. Experience with analytics and SEO tools, regulated-industry compliance, PR placements, and visibility in AI-driven search is important. The role also calls for strong writing, sound judgment using AI tools, a track record of sustained results, and an independent, data-driven approach.
