Freight Broker

Red Wolf Logistics is hiring a Senior level Freight Broker to join our team. This is a hunter role for a proven cradle-to-grave broker. We are currently offering a competitive salary with 30% on commission incentives. What You'll Do Hunt and close middle-market shipper accounts ($50M–$750M) that fit our target profile and value service over price Own the full cradle-to-grave cycle: prospect, qualify, quote, win, onboard, operate, and grow each account Work a modern, structured sales process built on CRM discipline, targeted prospecting, and consistent pipeline management Engage directly with decision-makers — VPs of Supply Chain, Transportation Managers, Logistics Directors Manage pre-booking and carrier utilization to protect margin and service levels Maintain a high level of daily sales activity: calls, meetings, and pipeline coverage Meet prospects in person when it moves the deal forward Build and lead your own team as your book grows and supports it Qualifications 3+ years in freight brokerage sales, cradle-to-grave Experience selling on value, with specific examples of winning business over a cheaper competitor Working knowledge across FTL (dry van, reefer, flatbed), partial truckload, small truckload (sprinter, box truck), and LTL Ability to quote and win profitable freight while protecting margin and the relationship A sense of urgency — fast follow-up, no deals left sitting Comfort being measured on performance and motivated by it Market-competitive base salary plus uncapped 30% commission No territory restrictions or internal competition for accounts Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); 15 days PTO A voice in shaping how the team sells, recruits, and operates as we grow #J-18808-Ljbffr Red Wolf Logistics
