Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing dealership revenue by successfully selling financing, extended warranties, and aftermarket products to customers.

You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales floor to the finance office, structure deals, secure competitive financing rates from lending partners, and ensure all transaction paperwork is 100% compliant and accurate for fast funding.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Revenue: Offer and sell financing, extended service contracts, GAP insurance, and other aftermarket protection products to customers.
• Secure Financing: Review customer credit applications, analyze credit reports, and negotiate with lending institutions to secure loan approvals and favorable terms.
• Deal Structuring: Work closely with the sales desk to structure deals that maximize dealership profitability while meeting the customer's financial needs.
• Contracting & Compliance: Prepare, review, and execute all legal documentation and sales contracts. Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., Truth in Lending, FTC guidelines).
• Paperwork & Funding: Process all deals accurately and submit them to lenders promptly to ensure the dealership is funded without delay. Address any held offerings or contracting errors immediately.
• Team Collaboration: Train and support the sales staff on the benefits and integration of F&I products to build a unified, customer-focused sales process.
• Customer Experience: Provide a transparent, professional, and efficient closing experience that builds trust and drives customer retention.

 

Qualifications:

• Prior automotive or powersports dealership experience in an F&I Manager or Sales Manager role is highly preferred.
• Strong track record of high product penetration and per-vehicle average (PVR) performance.
• Deep understanding of vehicle financing processes, lender programs, and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and digital contracting platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• High ethical standards and an exceptional attention to detail.
