- Ensuring the safety of the family and children through supervision and crisis intervention when necessary
- Building community resources to help sustain families
- Maintain safety and supervision of the Bluestem property
- Provide trauma-informed care to all family members
- Be reliable and self-motivated
- Recognize the importance of social systems and a person's ecology on their development and behaviors
- Have a passion for engaging persons with substance use disorders, their children, and their support systems to address individual, family, and community wellbeing.
- Be comfortable working in a residential setting
- Comprehensive training in Trauma-Informed Care and Substance Use Disorders
- Professional development
- Weekly supervision
day Shift 2: Wednesday-Saturday (will be predominantly evenings to start) ) Pay Range: $48,660 - $53,660 Benefits:
