Valley Women's Health- GYN/ONC Division

Our GYN/ONC division is looking for individuals with a drive in customer care. If you are looking for a position that will challenge you each and every day then apply to join our team.
**MUST BE A CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT**
- Running provider Clinic
- Prepping for Clinic
- Scan (CT, MRI, U/S) Prior Authorizations
- Triaging of patient phone calls
- Gathering Medical Records for new patients and established patients
- Scheduling appointments - Follow-ups, procedures, scans etc..
- Reviewing test results and plan of care with patients
- Assist with office flow and tasks
- Helping with Coverage
- Calling insurance companies for imaging Prior Authorization
- Using insurance portals for imaging Prior Authorization
- Other duties as assigned
- Hours are approximately: Monday through Friday 0800-1830
- Nights, weekends and major holidays off.
