Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position at an acute care hospital in Santa Rosa, CA, requiring Trauma II experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

Job Details

• Acute care hospital ICU setting with 277 total staffed beds,
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (17:00-05:30),
• Every other weekend required,
• Floating between all facilities within the state is required and expected,
• Epic EMR experience required,
• No on-call responsibilities,
• Free parking available on-site,
• Local candidates are accepted,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required (pending license not accepted),
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required,
• Trauma Level II experience required,
• Epic EMR proficiency required,
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting,
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration,

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,
• RNs are required to wear royal blue or navy blue scrubs,
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration - minimal RTO is strongly preferred,
• Former permanent staff of this health system must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility,
• Refusal to float between facilities may result in termination of the assignment,
• Candidates must disclose any prior work history with Providence facilities, including location and dates
